Returns
Unfortunately we do not offer returns at the moment but we will happily do exchange. We do not accept wigs with cut laces. Bulk human hair must be in their original packaging with no damages/alterations.
Exchange
You are free to exchange your braided lace wig, however, please make sure the lace is not cut from the wig and it is returned in its original package. Furthermore, buyer is responsible for the shipping fee when sending back the items. We reserve the right to accept or deny exchanges. Most importantly please make sure that you view the product extensively and are satisfied with it before purchasing another wig.
